How to Keep People Exercising and Build an Efficient System at Fitness Centers

These scenarios happen just a coupleMetabolic Stretching Review weeks of the year. There are times during the year when motivating people to join the group classes is a challenge. You have to consider all kinds of different people who are willing to become a member of the center. People have to be motivated in different ways depending on age, goals, ability to exercise etc. It is also important to have in mind what kind of people who join exactly this fitness center. Maybe the average is between 20-40, 30-50 or a mix between all ages from 18 to around 70. Which classes do people prefer and what times of the day are they capable to come?
I think a good idea, in connection to the fitness center, is to organize more activities outside. I believe many people like to come closer to nature but need an extra hand to really get it done. For example, you could have running classes, intense cardio classes etc.
outside with a starting point at the center and with leaders who decide time, distance etc. Such a program would spark more interest in participants.
In the opposite way - I think many agree with me: to come to a special center, ready to participate in a class, and then get disappointed after being denied because the classes are full. When you set up a goal for the day, it can be disturbing when you get to the gym and have to change your cycling shoes into running shoes and be standing on the track for an hour, which wasn't what you planned. So, the classes sometimes do not have enough people and sometimes they are too full.
