weight? Because most weightless programs don't work period. Like low carb diets, sure you may at first lose some weight but then you hit a plateau and start gain some of the weight you lost back. Not only do you hit the plateau but, they also don't allow you to take in the natural amount of nutrients that you should so they cause more harm than good. Low carb diets simple don't work.


Also low fat diets don't work either because most low fat foods actually contain a high number of calories, therefore causing you to gain weight. Once again low fat diets don't work. Starvation diets or diets like them might work at first; you might even lose some weight but is it really worth it? I don't think so because when you start losing weight your body actually starts eating the muscle that you don't want to lose. You might say but at least I would be losing weight, yeah you might lose some weight but you could end up in the hospital for your lack of nutrition. Simply put MOST diets don't work.

If you do manage to find a diet that works for you, stick with it. When most people start a diet they are excited about the possibility of losing weight, then after a week or two the start cheating there diet. How do they know whether the diet is working or not if you cheat the diet? Maybe if they didn't cheat while on the diet they might lose some weight, but remember as I said before most diets don't work.
